Setup the simPRO Integration

The simPRO integration requires Oncord’s contact database. Marketing is optional and lets you send campaigns using your synced contacts. Manage your features under Settings > Features.

What Data is Synchronised?

The Simpro integration works by synchronising the following information:

From Oncord	From Simpro
Contacts Changing a contact's details in any part of Oncord will also update in Simpro. Deleting a contact will not delete them in Simpro.	Contacts All contacts within Simpro are pulled into Oncord Any change to contact details of customers will be reflected in Oncord. Deleting a contact will not remove them from Oncord
Form Submissions Depending on configuration, Form submissions can create new leads in Simpro
Groups Creating / Re-Naming or Deleting groups in Oncord will not modify Simpro tags	Tags Simpro tags will appear in Oncord as groups Simpro contacts that are "tagged", will appear in the relevant Oncord groups

Note: Because deletions are not reflected in either system, you may need to delete entries in both systems.

Contact Fields Synchronised

The following contact fields are synchronized with Simpro 

First Name, Last Name.
Company Name.
Address, Suburb, Postcode,  State, Country.
Phone 1, Phone 2, Mobile Phone.
Email Address.
Website.

When a form submission creates a Lead, the form fields will appear in the Lead Description field in Simpro.

When Does it Sync?

You can choose to enable or disable automatic synchronisation within the Simpro integration configuration page.

With automatic sync enabled, changes in Oncord normally queue a sync with simPRO about two minutes later. Timing can vary, and a sync already queued for an earlier time is not delayed by later changes.

When there are no changes in Oncord, background sync checks simPRO approximately every six hours. You can also start a sync manually from Settings > Apps.

Enable The Simpro Integration

To enable the Simpro integration:

Navigate to Dashboard > Settings.

Select the "Third Party Integrations" page.

Click the "Enable Integration" button in the Simpro integration box.

Follow the steps to allow Oncord to access your Simpro account.
